A constituent is a contact (individual) or an association in your icharms database . The quantity of constituents – dynamic or not – is the thing that your charging depends on (for the Professional arrangement).

The number of constituents on which your subscription is based is the maximum number of constituents that were in your icharms during the month in question. We include archived and inactive constituents in that calculation. (Note: there are duplicate merging and bulk deletion tools available in icharms that enable you to manage your constituent count).

No – we presently don’t make a charge for that. The solitary charge you pay is the icharms membership, with no secret expenses.

Yes – when you want to upgrade just let us know and we’ll get your subscription set up. All of your data is preserved, and the additional features available under Professional are unlocked.
