Onboarding with icharms is a step up from DIY implementation, as it includes online support sessions with the icharms staff.
You’ll need to employ a professional for something a little more unique.
How does it work?
You’ll be invited to five online sessions, lasting 30-90 minutes, where a icharms expert will walk you through our donor management CRM and help you set it up.

You must have an active icharms subscription when you order onboarding so that you have a icharms system on which to do it. We collect the onboarding fee along with your subscription.
Onboarding is not highly technical, but you do need an understanding of data. You don’t need to have a Computer Science degree but having an eye for process and data would help. You are likely to be a regular user of icharms. It is also essential to know and communicate what you want to achieve with your use of icharms.
We just invite 1 or 2 persons from your company to participate in the calls.
On your live icharms system, we use screenshare to walk you through the information.
Before the next conversation, we keep a shared record of the actions and “homework” that you need to complete.
At the end of each call, we schedule the next one.
You need an active icharms system. If you have professional, you must have an active subscription – which means that you’ve set up a Direct Debit and are ready to start using the system.
If you require additional assistance after the initial five onboarding meetings, you can Hire an Expert to assist you.
You might need unique integrations or a complicated data migration, for example.
Onboarding sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge, up until 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of £55 (we’ll have set aside the time for your onboarding and may not be able to use that time for other work at short notice).
