Equality and diversity
We are a values based organization. One of our values is “doing the right thing” and that extends to issues of equality and diversity. As with any small business, our commitment to doing the right thing should match the resources of an organization. Transparency is important to us, so we’re not going to pretend we’ve put in place a comprehensive copy-and-paste policy for much larger companies. a policy for the simple fact of doing it. Appropriate commitment to our organization, as follows: promoting equality and diversity in our workforce where possible, creating a work environment that is free from harassment, harassment, victimization and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all and in which individual differences and contributions All employees are recognized and valued by taking reports of bullying, harassment, victimization and illegal discrimination seriously. It goes without saying that we are subject to applicable laws, including the Equality Act 2010 and the Protection Against Mobbing Act 1997.
