What does icharms support service cover?

Specific questions about something in icharms that you don’t understand or that, despite your best efforts, isn’t working as it should.

Notifying us that something in icharms is broken (we’ll investigate and, if it’s a problem, add it to the backlog to be rectified in a future version).

What does icharms support service NOT cover?

  • Create and update profile records for individual and organisations

  • Please contact the icharms Partner that performed your migration if you have any questions about your data or the migration process.

  • Issues relating to custom set up or configuration – please refer to your icharms Partner.

  • Cleaning, updating or deleting data – please refer to your icharms Partner if you need help with that

  • Training – we’ll be happy to refer you to a training partner.

  • Configuration of icharms- our Partners provide this service, or you may find a Knowledge Base article that helps you do it yourself.

  • Use of integrated apps – you will need to contact the support service of the app in question.Please contact the icharms Partner that performed your migration if you have any questions about your data or the migration process.
